3D print by Craig S. Kaplan and me. See Craig's paper "Semiregular patterns on surfaces", In NPAR 2009: Proceedings of the 7th international symposium on non-photorealistic animation and rendering. His work uses the surface parametrization techniques developed in "Spectral Surface Quadrangulation", SIGGRAPH 2006, by Dong, Bremer, Garland, Pascucci and Hart. The shape here is the Stanford Bunny, a standard 3D graphics test model developed by Greg Turk and Marc Levoy. See
